| The Kenner prototypes and artwork below are of some of the Strawberry Shortcake toys that never hit the market! Not only do they give you a glimpse into the production process but it's interesting to think of what they may have had in mind for these toys. Unproduced baby pets: There are eight unproduced baby pets: Marsh Mallard, Elderberry Owl, Melonie Belle, Cheesecake, Frappe, Marmalade, Custard, and a baby goat. These are the unpainted versions. |

| Berrykin Perfume pouch: This item feautures Orange, Strawberry, and Raspberry Berrykin critters. It has a clip on the back and reads copyright A.G.C. 1985. When you open it up it has scented perfume just like in the pouch the Berrykin critters have. |

| Berrykin Balloon: This is a prototype for what is supposed to be a playset for the Berrykin critters. The hot air balloon is also a home for the critters. Also pictured above are slides of the artwork for this prototype. |
