| For Strawberry Shortcake's 30th anniversary, this 3 doll set was released exclusively at Toys R Us and a few online sites. It features Strawberry Shortcake, Raspberry Tart and Orange Blossom. Interestingly, Raspberry Tart and Orange Blossom have flat hands whereas the vintage ones had curved hands. Note: Raspberry Tart and Orange Blossom released in Japan had flat hands. Furthermore, the Orange Blossom doll is in her Party Pleaser clothes...which wasn't released until 1984. During the tour of American Greetings at the 2010 Strawberry Shortcake convention, we were told that they decided to put an Orange Blossom Party Pleaser doll in there cause they liked her dress better. |
